Processing & Production Time

All Dragonfly Creations products are made to order. Processing time begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Standard production time is 4–6 weeks for fully custom orders. Ready-to-personalize items may ship sooner — estimated turnaround will be noted on the product listing.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on order size and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check for current promotions at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Please plan for production time plus shipping time when ordering for a specific event or date. Delivery estimates apply to the shipping portion of your order only. If you have a hard deadline, note it in your order or proposal request and we will advise on whether it’s achievable.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. If you have a special shipping need, contact us before placing your order.

Local Pickup

We are based in Cypress, TX. Local pickup may be available for some orders by arrangement. Contact us before placing your order if you prefer to pick up locally.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Dragonfly Creations is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier, but we will assist in filing a claim.
