Custom Orders
How do I place a custom order?
Start by submitting a Request Proposal form. Tell us what you’re envisioning — the product type, any names, dates, or text you’d like engraved, and your timeline. We’ll follow up with a quote and book a brief design consultation if needed.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders have a 4–6 week lead time from the date your deposit is received. This includes design, production, and quality review. Rush timelines may be available — mention your deadline in your proposal request and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Do I see a proof before my order is made?
Yes, always. We send a digital design proof for your approval before anything goes into production. You review it, request any changes, and confirm before we begin engraving.
Can I change my design after I’ve approved the proof?
Once production has begun we cannot make design changes. Please review your proof carefully before approving. If you have any doubts, request another revision before confirming.
Products & Materials
What materials do you use?
We work with a range of materials depending on the product — including PU leather, stainless steel, marble, and wood. Each product listing describes the materials used. For custom projects, we’ll confirm materials during the design consultation.
Are your products made in the USA?
All engraving, personalization, and finishing work is done by us in Cypress, TX. Blank materials and substrates are sourced from trusted suppliers.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. For large-quantity orders or corporate gifting, visit our Bulk Orders page or submit a Request Proposal with your quantity and timeline and we’ll put together a custom quote.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Most products ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. See our Shipping Info page for rates and estimated delivery times.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. For custom orders, shipping time begins after production is complete. We’ll provide a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I pick up my order locally?
We don’t have a retail storefront, but local pickup in the Cypress, TX area may be available for some orders. Mention this preference in your proposal request or contact us to arrange it.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Because each piece is personalized, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on custom or engraved items unless there is a defect or error on our part. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Can I cancel my custom order?
Cancellations may be requested before production begins. Once a design proof has been approved and production has started, cancellations are not available and deposits are non-refundable. See our full Returns policy for details.
