All Dragonfly Creations products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalized & Custom Orders

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any personalized or custom-engraved item, for any reason other than a defect or error on our part. Every piece is made to order with your specific name, date, text, or design — it cannot be returned, restocked, or resold. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.

Defects & Errors

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or we made an error in the design (different from what you approved), contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos of the item and the issue. We will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested before production begins. Once a design proof has been approved and we have started production, cancellations are not available and deposits are non-refundable.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order was damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will file a carrier claim and work to resolve the situation.
